Currently looking into the following car:

and i had a few questions about this car

Is this an Sline?

If not can i put a Sline bumper on it or what is the difference between the "sport package" and the Sline package?

Ive looked through this forum and a lot of people have black fog lights or no foglights with the black mesh and the LED setup, i was planning on getting the LED setup done without the foglights but what's the difference between the foglight and the non foglight front bumper is it because one is a S-Line Bumper and the other is not?

im well confused lol i looked all over the net and all over this forum and now im left with leaving a post and finding out from you guys.

Also how can it be a 3.0? isn't it suppose to be a 3.2?

theres a lot of tension going around with the whole 'noob' thing so you might want to stay clear of that..

those are a lot of questions i cant help you out with since none of those apply to me..AT ALL..

Welcome to AZ.

That's not an S-line. Sport suspension is just that. S-line includes interior and exterior appearence package. Yes, you can put an S-line bumper on a non-S-line car. As for the mesh grille, do a search for "RS4 grille" and "DTM bumper". The RS4 grille has black mesh and can be used with the S-line bumper which has fog lamps. The DTM bumper has mesh but no fog lamps.

It is NOT an S-Line - there's no S-line badges and you can tell by looking at the front bumper, rear trunk, and lack of larger door blades.

I can't speak for the "Sports Package" because packages are different in Canada vs. USA.. but I would guess that it includes Sport Suspension. And yes, you can convert the non-Sline front bumper to a S-line front bumper - it'll cost you around $900-$1000 when it's all said and done.

Yes, the people with the "no fogs + LED strips" have either the S-Line front bumper, Deval RS4 front bumper, or Audi DTM front bumper. You can try to fit the LED strips (called S6 LEDs) in the non-Sline bumper but it'll take alot of work and custom fabrication.

Yes, it should be 3.2, but don't quote me on that.. maybe Canada has diff. motor designations. Also, the pictures on that ad listing ARE OF A 2.0T, *NOT* a "3.0" or 3.2L

careful with these dealers.

I went to a couple and a lot where in miles but telling me it was km's.
Most of these dealers import from the states.

Check and look at leaks, and make sure the warranty is still valid with audi canada.

i didn't like the shadyness and went to an audi dealer.

Damn thanks a lot for the help folks cleared up a lot of questions i had.... i read in this forum that the regular slines and regular a4s cant fit the Rs4 bumper..... why is that due to the fact that the frames are different?

oem rs4 bumpers have wider front fenders, hence why you cant put it. rs4 bumper are wider to accommodate the fenders

Unless you don't care about having a warranty that car's is up in ~13k. Have you looked for a CPO A4 from your Audi dealer up there? The peace of mind might be worth it especially if you're concerned that the dealer might not be representing it accurately. You might even look into a CPO from a US dealer. The CPO warranty won't apply in CA but at least you'll know it's been through that process. My girlfriend has big n00bs!
