How would one wire something like this

So I like to have my car in "canada mode", that way when my car is on the Fogs are on and it looks sick! only thing I dislike is the fact that the side ambers are on, the tail lights are on, and in interior dash lights are always on! So I was wondering if you could wire something to the fogs that allow them to be on ONLY when the car is on, and that they would shut off when the light sensor turns on the xenon headlights... Is that possible??

I have the same setting and if you just turn your headlights on, your fogs turn off, to turn them and xenons on together you need to pull that lever towards you once. It will turn both lights and fog lights on.
