Just want to repeat this information. If you have a complaint against an Audi dealer, don't look to Audi of America to help you out. Jack Daniels Audi in NJ lied to me about a number of things, and overcharged me for a car. I documented the entire situation with Audi of America, and have several case files with them. Yes, they did call the dealer, but NO, they didn't get anything accomplished. I asked the customer service rep at Audi Corporate Headquarters, and a supervisor there if they condoned dealers lying to customers. They told me that Audi can do nothing about a dispute between a dealer and customer. They only said for me to work it out with the dealer. I asked if they thought this was the way they wanted their company represented to the public. They said that they can't tell a dealer what to do, and that it is up to a dealer to resolve issues not Audi Corporate. Nice. Give me your money and then F**K off. Now that's the way to run a company.

if all is documented, go to BBB. I got my dealership issue resolved through the BBB, but a step further would be to take the case to the state's attorney general.

BBB is useless, and has no authority to do anything. BTW, Jack Daniels lied to them anyway, and told them they made a proposal to settle the dispute. However, what they told BBB, was NOT what they offered to me.
I already have a complaint with the NJ Office of the Attorney General. It was filed in January of 2007, and I'm STILL WAITING FOR AN ANSWER.

It is true, that Audi of America will not help you with any situation. However, if you can find the right person to talk to at the dealership, things can work out. George Tierri, at Jack Daniels is that person. He does his best to help you out.
