what the crap. i am watching/listening to the news, Q13 FOX at 10. they just had a quick teaser of citizens have radar guns to catch speeders. what is up with this. anyone know the deal?

Oh okay, its just in new castle, and the citizens just write down your speed and license plate number and give it to the police. you only get a warning.

They can only give you a warning because since they are Not real cops it's only "Hearsay" evidence.
