ECS tuning...quick responses!

I ordered a set of Valeo ecodes from ECS tuning on Thursday, Nov. 6, 2008. And today, Monday, November 10, 2008, I found out that they charged my debit/check card two times, thus leaving my account with a negative balance. WTF?! Now I'm probably going to be hit with hella fees and what not!!!

edit: Within 8 hours of sendign an emal and private messaging ecs, I got a response.

Have you contacted them? everytime I've EVER had a problem with this the vendor called the bank and even wrote a letter, I even had one vendor who offered to pay all the fees... Accidents do happen, give them a chance to make it right... Besides if you didn't have enough for two sets you shouldn't have bought the first one :)

I think I't s being fixed now haha. oh I usually don't have that much in my checking card, just enough to get what I want and what I need for the month. If I have too much, I'll end up spending it all :[
