does anyone have the grey tints on headlights with the yellow tints on the fogs? Im thinking about experimenting. any thoughts?? I dont mean to thread jack but............. im sure im not the only one thinking this am I?

i tried it and it bubbled and shrunk to be smaller than my whole tail light...

so i just used hobby spray and tinted em myself (did a little too many coats tho lol)

Thats the setup I have. I am CCd and i think it looks good. Almost like ecodes without spending too much $$ and lack of that nice beam pattern

i ordered Lamin-X shade samples a while back and they were all too dark for the tails. some looked good on the clear part of the tail, but the red lense was way too dark, atleast for a black car. (some people like the black out look, i personally do not).

the biggest thing about Lamin-X is it's so obvious that you have film on your lights. its pretty thick stuff and from some angles looked really cheap. if you really want tinted tails, have them sprayed.

The headlights can look super dark without sunlight. However they still look pretty good in the sun as well.. check it out..

i knew someone would say that. Reason why its difficult for me because the lower grill had a hard time mounting to the DIY USP lower, and I had the shop expoxy the grill on there. I think it sorta accentuates my Ractec FMIC but really...i would love to black it out but dont have teh time/and i am lazy LOL

Oh and its not a R32...its a GTI with an R32 rear end, Eurojet Full Turboback 3", revo stage two, neuspeed intake, buncha different silicone and hard pipes, B&G coils, OEM euro LED tails, Euro lip and buncha stuff I cant remember off the top of my head Its my brothers car and I think its one of the cleanest MKVs out there...you can check him out on golfmkv.com his user name is hahnaroo
