R8 wheels on a B5?

has anyone done this yet? I have been trying to find pictures and tried searching for it but I cant find any pictures. Would they be a direct bolt up or would you need spacers and whatnot? any help would be appreciated

Yes, it's been done. There was a guy on here that somehow got the spare set off the first R8 delivered to the US for magazine and reporters to drive. He was selling them for over $2k if I remember. This was a while ago.

Ive seen it on a black B5 and it looked alright. The wheels make the brakes look puny though since there is so much open space.

That does look pretty clean and nice, he has a big brake kit it looks like though so I think that is almost a must have for the wheels to look right. Thanks for the pic.

I'm almost positive I've seen you running around. I live in Mullica Hill and go to GCC. You always catch my eye because I never seen modded b5's around here haha

The B7 RS4 wheels bring the attention to the face of the wheel. With the R8 wheel your focus is brought past to the wheel and to the brakes and suspension. The R8 with machined face and black centers does this even more. Full black R8 wheels are pretty damn hard to see.
