If I were to go for an APR/GIAC trial and didn't decide I didn't want it would I still be at risk for voiding my warrenty somehow down the line?

Re: Will it void my warrenty?

From my understanding, you should be fine. As long as you put on some miles to clear out the saved codes, you won't have any records of the increased boost that the chip gives you. However, I was told that the ECU records how many times it has been changed. Therefore, when you get flashed with the trial it will add a number to the ECU change count. The thing is, you cannot see what was done when it was changed, it is just a number. Furthermore, dealerships often will reset the ECU or give you a TSB update that has changes made to the ECU. These things will also add to the count on how many times the ECU has been changed. So, it is impossible to tell who changed it or what was changed. This was all told to me by a REVO retailer.
