Finally got some pics of the ride...

Finally washed her and waxed her. I just got the car about a month ago. I've already been living on the forum and buying parts out the wazoo. I've enjoyed my stay so far, and plan to be around for a long time.

Mods: apr 93 stage 2, AWE FMIC, Ecode TP, Carbonio, APR exhaust, ECS snub, Forge DV, 18x8.5 ultraleggras wrapped in kdw's, OEM votex kit, sport suspension and just installed RS4 rear sway yesterday.

    Here she is.

I painted the mounting clips there so that it looks like it's floating. I need to get an rs4 grill to show off this fantastic FMIC.

yes...it is home made....cost me 40 bucks...and fitment is great with good audible response and throttle....my butt dyno loves it.

THANKS!....much much much more coming for this car

well I bought the parts, cut it to fit and clamped it here at home. So if that qualifies as homemade...then Yes...

Dang, just got the car and you really hit the ground running, didn't you?

Car looks good! Plans for an upgraded turbo in the near future?

I like the intake piping. I hate how even the aftermarket intakes come with plastic piping.

Hit the ground running is an understatement...I had parts coming to the house before I got the car. I just got my registration in the mail two days ago. I just got her inspected. LOL

BT is in the future, but not near future though.

Next is a much needed boost gauge and then JHM short shifter.

I'm def gonna get an APR fuel pump come Feb. (tax return, bonus, and promotion)

That's the one that I got, but you may be able to find one that is cheaper.

I got some couplings online also, but they were a bit low in quality and I am looking to get some new ones. You will need a 3-2.5 and a 2.5-2.5.

Re: Finally got some pics of the ride...

that's all it was for me....and I'm happy. I used a rotozip to cut it. I had to test fit it and trim it some a few times to make it fit properly. Obviously this would be easier if it was just an open filter, but because it's the carbonio, I loosened the bolt holding down the heat shield to give me some slack to adjust. I fitted the couplings and then tighted them down and then tighted the Carbonio bolt last. It actually helped make my carbonio fit better. Weird, but true. and..umm...what does rep do?...lol

Re: Finally got some pics of the ride...

yup...it came with the full kit. I like it alot. Def looks different from the S-line bumpers that everybody has. Black out grill is going to happen, but not until I get the RS4 grill. An fab it to fit the non-sline. The car has the sports suspension on it, so I'm going to enjoy the car as is for awhile until a drop is neccessary.

I would consider your car my ideal car... but you would need coilovers. AWD + light wheels + coilovers + sway bars = track all star... you car will stick like glue to the ground.
