Another failed APR Snub, with pics (30k miles)

Another failure of the APR snub mount. I had this one installed for ~30k miles. I did not launch the car while this snub was on..only did regular driving. I knew my snub was going when my shifts started getting more clunky, and the vibration got worse at idle. I checked under the car and found the APR snub LOOSE on the mounting bracket. When i pulled it out, the inside has been eaten away and cracks were starting to form at one edge. I got an Akipol replacement and hope to see more miles out of it. After putting the new snub on, shifts are smooth and gear changes are fluid again. STAY AWAY FROM APR SNUB MOUNTS.

I just installed my Apikol earlier... i paid for it monday night about 9ish and it arrived Wednesday afternoon (from apikols website) and talk about impressed!!! That was some great service. I like it so far, and i didnt have to adjust anything when it was installed. Zero Vibration.
