What kind of vent pod do you have?

VMR. Great price, works well, looks good, but no instructions. You have to go by everyone else's. Another thing is that it's brighter than the rest of the interior lights, but that's not a big deal.

Exactly what he said. I got the white dial and it's a little bit brighter than the rest of the guages, but not too bad. Install took me a while because I had never done anything like that before, but it really is quite simple. I would almost suggest going with the red back light since if you put the guage in the middle vents, it's over the center console which has all red lights on it. I think it flows a little bit better with the red.

ECS is great! I have had it for a year and half and it matches perfectly, not too mention unlike the other vent gauges it is angled toward the driver so it easier to read at all times instead of just being flush in the vent.

I have the vmr and did a review of it a long time ago. Well worth the money and is great quality, don and the vmr guys made a high quality product!

I had the AWE on my B5 S4, it matched perfectly and the install was not too bad. I assumed the B7 would be as good. The color is not quite as close, but the install was simple (as the others would be) and honestly AWE has given me great support for years.
