Repair options? tiny rock chips in paint

My USP has a bunch of tiny tiny nicks in the paint on the front of the car from rocks and even smaller ones all over the body of the car, you can't notice the body ones unless you're super super close, they look like small black or orange specs of dust but are in fact little pits in the white paint.

I'm worried about rust spreading from these little spots what would you guys do? I don't want to have to have to whole thing stripped down and repainted since that would be uber expensive, but i want to get the car's paint back to a good healthy level, then get the 3m clear bra to protect from future chips, and take care of the paint from there on out the way it should've been protected by the original owner. What should i do to repair them? dealership? any old paint shop? what can i expect to pay for this kind of thing, i really dont want to even have to spend 1,000 but i dont have much experience in this category and i've heard painting isnt cheap

A clay brick (Meguirs, Mothers, 3M) will get rid the rail dust (tiny orange spots). Its very common on cars but is easier to see on white, silver or light colored cars. Clay Bricking your car will make a huge difference (gets rid of all the contaminates in the paint). After your done bricking it, give it a good coat of wax.

As for the chips, check if you have any local reputable chip repair places near you. Have them touch up the chips and then get a Xpel clear bra.

yes on the clay. and waxing.

as for the chips, when a dealer gets a used car in on trade, before they sell it, they bring in this guy who mixes colors out of a van/truck, and "airbrushes" paint back into the pits/chips. this guy usually does like 10-20cars/day. these guys typically can touch up leather to restore the color to that. same with vinyl armrests, etc.

I would try to find one of those guys. i happen to see one guy working at a dealer once, and grabbed his card.

and as was said above, get it clear braed after.

This ACTUALLY works! Give it a shot before you lump down 500 at a body shop.
