Should I get them from....
ECS or the same ones offered at a cheaper price from a major online auto store for $110 shipped?
Orr, get them at O'reileys (I believe they sell rebuilt ones) with a lifetime warranty?

EMPI axles. We use them at work a lot. I haven't seen anybody break one yet, or comebacks either.

No, they're not OEM, but they're cheap and hold any power you'll put down.

Yea they're a bit pricier than most other axles, but Marty stands behind his work.

Not only that, but he also lets you borrow the bits required to remove the bolts.
