Cargo strap replacement?

I'm looking for a replacement cargo strap (not the cargo net, but the elastic strap with fasterner on the passenger side wall of the Avant cargo bay).

Any ideas on the part number and how to install it?

do a search, there was a thread about this exact topic a few months ago including part numbers and install procedure.
