Jack Daniels Audi still sucks

I haven't been on here in a while, but just to reiterate the same story, that Jack Daniels Audi is a place to avoid like the plague. The NJ Attorney Generals Office still hasn't made a determination about Jack Daniels, even though Kelly Fennel, is their investigator who's only job is to look into complaints against this dealer.
I was at a Corvette show at Garden State Plaza several weeks ago with my other car, an 03 Vette. I had a sign out "Jack Daniels Audi Lied to Me", ask me about it. I can't believe how many people asked about what happened, and were shocked that this well known dealership was controlled by such scumbags. One guy even knew the original "Jack Daniels". He said he would be mortified to see what has happened to the company he founded. Apparently, his younger son Mike is the lowlife here. The guy had been following what I had documented here, and said that the father, Jack ,would have resolved this situation immediately. Apparently, the sons have no interest in customers other than taking their money.
Their newest sales manager, the third one in less than two years, continues to lie, and say that these cars should run on regular gas, even though the manual, and Audi Customer service agents insist you must use premium. They have refused to refund about $1000 they over charged me for the price of a car they sold me which was CPO to begin with. They pulled a bait and switch routine, and sold me an expensive aftermarket warranty their own service department refused to accept. However, when I got the extra warranty, they never registered the car as CPO, but charged me for it.
Also, several members here have told me that cars they got from Jack Daniels had serious accidents reported to Carfax, but that Jack Daniels never revealed this to them before they bought the cars.
Audi Headquarters ignores all these facts, and refuses to do anything. A disgrace for a dealer, and the same for the company too. I hope that with the economy the way it is, that this kills their company. This is no way to conduct business.

first of all , Welcome to AMERICA!!
2nd of all , this IS the way how car sales runs ( used to be a car sales man for like 4 years ) no matter which dealer u go to.. they run the same story!
3rd of all , u are prob 1 of the few who has the TIME and ENERGY to stand up and go against them.
4th of all , Most of us who buy a car always regrets of something somehow later after, but we chose to let to go and try NOT to fall in the same trap again NEXT time we buy a car!
Last thing , ppl who don't lie will NOT be a good sales man, good salesman = agressive liar . bettersalesman = agressive pro liar . Best salesman = making customer happy by lying to them and we could never find out!!
anyways.... ppl don't cross the line with a good heart always stay at the bottom of this world. Only evil stingy "smart" ppl will get a lot of $ and stay on top of this world ( check out all the BIGSHOTS in USA,,,none of them are open hearted honest guy )

You sir truly hate them with a passion. With the way you've posted your history with them on here I'm really surprised you haven't burnt down the building or something like that lol... Either way I do not like taken advantage of so I have an idea what you feel inside and wish you lots of luck in your quest to take the man down.

I am a person that detests back stabbing scum like this. I didn't mention that they also lied to BBB, and told them they made an offer to me which was never made when I spoke to Mike Daniels, and one of his sales managers in a conference call.
They have also threatened to void warranties on customers cars after they installed AUDI aftermarket performance parts.
I will continue to try to do all sorts of things to embarass, and bring to light the illegal, and disgraceful activities of this company. I have plenty of time, and ALOT of hate for them. They will lose alot more in the long run when I'm done. Bad reputations are like skunk stink. They last a long time.

I just saw on another Audi site that they did some similar lowlife things to another person. He just bought a car from them, and found out it had been in an accident that they never told him about. His family looked at the car, and did most of the dealing with the saleswoman, because he spent alot of hours at work. However,the saleswoman told him the Carfax was clear. He did his own later, and found out about the accident, and that it also had a lien against it. That also is fraud, because you can't sell a car without a clear, unencumbered title. Once again, Jack Daniels Audi proves to be scum.

Every time I look at this post, and others that I have here, and on other sites,I see the number of views. Each time that the number goes up alot, it makes me feel good, that more people know about this dealer. As I've said before, "A bad reputation, is like skunk stink. It takes a long time to go away." Keep informed, and don't let unscrupulous dealers take advantage. I didn't do my homework, but I will try to help others.

How do they compare to Paul Miller Audi in Parsippany. JD Audi is close to me, but I'm thinking I may have to start traveling to get regular scheduled maintenance done. JD is the closest, but damn I'm scared of them now. Paul miller is next closest. Followed by Riverside, but thats like 45 min away. Kinda far for manitenance work.

My friends wife used to take her Allroad to Paul Miller. I think they are OK, and some posts here have been positive towards them. Avoid JD .I heard from another member here than he had an aftermarket chip in his car that he got from Audi. JD tried to blame the chip for a problem that was unrelated to the chip, and threatened to void his warranty. They refused to accept a warranty that they sold to me when my son brought his car in to their service dept. I had to cancel the warranty because no one ( no Audi dealer) would accept the warranty unless we paid up front for the repair. That was NOT how it was presented to us when we bought it.

I promised that I would keep everyone updated on this. Jack Daniels Audi finally bought the car back from me. They stepped up, and to avoid any further negative situations in regards to this, we negotiated a settlement that seemed fair to me. George Tierri was the guy that really got this going, and I am thankful that he was able to resolve this for me. He is the man to talk to if you have any customer service issues. He is a gentleman, and will be straighforward with you. THAT is refreshing for a dealership.

Right on man! There needs to be more people like us in the world to de-grade the Stealing Dealerships. I just finished a 4 month dispute with the dealer I purchased my car from... they are all the same, lowlife scum of the Earth, can't change it. I just don't get how these guys can go home to their families after a day of jerking people around. "so daddy how many people did you screw today?"

I test drove a 07 a4 sline w/ ti pkg from Jack Daniels Audi and they were asking $37k. I asked why the car was $4k over blue book and the salesman just shrugged and said "because". The thing had door dents and bumper damage too.

It's not a place that I'd give any business to. I ended up buying a nicer car privately and got a much better deal.

Seems to me I'm in the same boat. Not as bad but not that great either. I hope these dealerships pay dearly for their actions. Bad business is bad business. They usually don't last long.
