    Exhaust System, Cat-Back, Stainless Steel, Natural, Audi, A4, 3.0L, V6, Kit. So its definitely for the A4. If that isn't enough proof...
    Intermediate Pipe Diameter (in): 2.000 in.
    Tailpipe Diameter (in): 2.000 in.
    Tip Included: Yes
    Tip Outlet Size: 3.500 in.
    You definitely don't want to go from a 2.25" diameter to a 2" diameter :)
