Is there anyway to get better FM/AM reception? I love the look and mp3 capability of the symphony II+ but it sucks having shitty reception now....I have many stations that barely even come in now.....

Try connecting the RF antenna to the other HF1 or HF2 signal input on the HU. Also, the Sym II B6 antenna amplifier receives it's power supply via the ZF cable connection, and the ZF cable is not connected to the Sym II+ HU, so the antenna RF signal amp is not powered now. The antenna amp can be reconnected to a power source by fabricating an adapter to feed power to the amp via the ZF cable, but the adaptation will need to have the same polarity of the DC applied to the center or shield of the cable as originally provided when connected to the Sym II HU. Before you go through the trouble of getting an adapter to power the antenna amp, try connecting a 9volt battery to the ZF cable, the center conductor should be + and the shield -, compare and see if the signal strength improves. The only other solution is to install the B7 antenna amplifier and run the two antenna HF1/2 cables to the HU and use both signal inputs as needed for the "phase diversity" signal optimization used on the Sym II+.
(RF=Radio Frequency, equivalent to HF= High Frequency)

A little off topic but anyone had any issues with their B6 MFSW buttons not controlling the II+? My volume up/down work fine but next/previous track and next/previous station/cd do nothing. Unit codes and is coded just fine...
