Best performance exhaust manifold

I have been looking at exhaust manifolds for K03/K04, both cast iron and stainless steel. What works best? Who makes the best performing manifold out there. Tell me about experience good or bad.

none.....

some cracks, while some have lots of challenging fitment issues.

For a K03/K04, you want the stock manifold,

ported, polished, and then cermai-coated.

Not necessary to upgrade the manifold for K03/K04 turbos. Get a ER Sport FMIC if you already have an exhaust.

I made 250chp with a K03 on a 100% untouched stock manifold, so I am sure it could handle what most people try to make with a K03/K04.

So roughly 200 awhp on a K03? What parts were you running?

It was on my B5.

It had a FMIC, Test pipe, stock DP, 2.5" exhaust, EVOms intake and custom GIAC tuning pushing 20psi on 104 octane. Car ran 14.29 at 97 mph in the 1/4 mile.
