Today i went from Stock to Apr +1 and the gains are great but i wanted More. I know i should get an exhaust but i don't want nothing too loud. I can't do a Test pipe. I'm debating on a resonator delete, High flow CAT or just mufflers. Problem is i cant find the right sound clip. This if for a 1.8t and i know they can get loud. What exhaust set-up will give me a mild growl without sacrificing back pressure.

A Remus Exhaust would be perfect for you. You're going to bottleneck at the cat though

magnaflow 14851 mufflers. Theres little to none noise from the inside, but growls like hell from the out!

maggy's 16601...i didnt want a loud exhaust either and didnt want any rasp...this one suits me just fine and its half the price of the rest

Is that an exaggeration or not? Most places I look, they go for around $800. You can get a brand new Thermal exhaust for around $1000. Where did you get yours at? Thanks.

Doh, I didn't even read that. Their site says $863, but if you put your email into that thing that comes up, is that when they'll give you the $589 shipped price?

I knew which site to look at, but thanks for the clarification on the coupon code. You think if I actually called instead of just putting in the coupon code it would be $589?

And yes, I highly agree, $618 is still a sick price for a full exhaust. Too bad some of the other companies don't follow suit, but I suppose a company that sells as much shit as Magnaflow doesn't have to make as much per unit as Neuspeed, for instance.
