    good shop in/near SF?

    Hi all -
I've got an '06 A4 cabrio (3.0 quattro, s-line package) that just ran out of warranty, so now I'll need a non-dealer to start taking it to.

Also, I need new rear brake pads asap; they weren't squeaking so I figured I had plenty of pad left, but just noticed that they've been wearing down the rotor so I'm guessing I don't.

I live in SF and work in San Mateo. Anyone know any good shops nearby? I'd really rather not have to drive to Fremont or Brentwood where it sounds like the best ones are. :(

    Thanks!!!

There is (650) 739-0820, in Palo Alto. They are a well known reputable shop that can handle anything from general maintenance to a full blown build.

European Motors at 240th 6th St. in SF. Sokol runs the shop and in my mind is more experienced than a large majority of other mechanics who specialize in Audi's, etc. Look it up on Yelp.
