Painting B5 S4 calipers on a Denim Blue B6 A4

Purchased a set of these and I was wondering which color would best fit my Denim blue A4.

So what did you guys paint yours with? Am thinking:

1. Yellow (it goes well with blue)
2. Black (classic)
3. Red (looks cool)
4. Blue (matching car)
5. Gray/metallic (matching mags)
6. Other??

either color matched to your body, black, or silver. yellow would look tacky on your car IMO and red is a bit too bold.

I saw someone on AZ with a blue A4 and yellow calipers, they looked *really* nice, but cannot seem to find the pic again..

Any pics of a Blue A4 with yellow OR blue calipers??

since they're only B5S4 calipers, the color should make them stand out imo...

i went w/ black for both my B5S4 or then B6S4 set-ups w/ a little touch of red for the B6S4...

Did not notice any difference between the B5 and the B6 S4 brakes?

As for the OP, red and yellow would look a bit tacky on a stock looking car IMO. But if you have a lot of mods coming, then I would say red.

Martin, I like the black rotors you showed me, and I think they will look great on your car/mags, but am trying to match something on my car's color, hence the blue/yellow idea.

I guess black is the only "just to be safe" color.

here's the blue from tire rack...G2(?) The decals were from the shop that rebuilt the brakes, bead blasted, painted them, and installed pretty much free o' charge. The decals have come off now.

Paint 'em whatever color you want. It's not like you can't repaint them. Personally, I'd go with gloss black or red.

I vote silver. Heres a pic of my Ming blue with the 16 inch winter setup on.




I guess I dont really have any good pics where you can see the brakes with the 17 on loaded on to photobucket, ill have to do somthing about that. Heres a few that arnt that great but you can kinda see.
