Everythings stop on highway!!!

Yesterday I dove a long trip from Quebec city to Ottawa (450km).It happens 3 times on the cuise control:Set the cruise control @120kmh, It works corectly, sudenly, EPC lights on,ESP lights on, no gaz pedal anymore, speedo and rpm stop working and stop at there last read, So I removed my key and start thecar again and everythings works corectly and It rehappens 2 more time and only on cruise contol...What is that?

You need to scan the ECU for troube codes, and also the "Freeze frame" info associated with the trouble codes stored, related to any codes associated with the event. Especially with regards to the Brake Light Switch, as "chrom" posted.
