The B8 2.0T has 11 more horespower and 50 more ft/lbs of torque. It's also lighter than the B6/B7, so it is faster. However a chipped B7 > stock B8.

I'm not a big fan of the new design. But stock vs stock, the B8 is a better car in many respects.

Audi Drive select and upgraded engine...but the body is too big. My next car will be an A5 for sure.

Jack Daniels is by far the worst dealership on the east coast though. That poor bastard has no idea what he's in for.

I just can't stand the elongated body on any of the new B8 Audi A4's, S5's and A5's. They look like B7 A6's to me (body wise). I am a real fan of smaller/smaller looking cars. I test drove a B8 A4 just to make sure I was not being biased simply because I own a B7 and I was not really impressed. The inside was pretty nice, but if I decide to get another car, I am going with a 135i.

I had the opportunity to test drive the new A4 2.0t awhile back and let me say,

i was thouroughly impressed. It handled noticeably better (stock for stock) the interior is incredibly intuitive! and the vvt incorporated to the individual pistons opens the door for a lot more potential out of the 2.0.

I was definately impressed with the car, it just needs an Sline package ASAP.

I love it! The only part i dont like is that its not S-lined yet.

I think its an ecletic mix of the old skool and the new skool aggresion, i like the xhaust, i LOVE the front, i like how the wider body feels in the turns, the interior feels more cockpit (rx7-fd style) intuitively streamlined. The tail lights are a little too pointy for me... i like the b7 tail lights much better.

I have to say, that I was a B8 hater at first, and still might be, but I saw a black B8 the other night, and it definitely made me turn my head. Must have been an S-Line. Could have been that it was just an Audi. Need to go check out a stealership soon.

I will never like the rear of the b8, it will never grow on me. I have loved the b7 from the start and will continue to appreciate it. Maybe Audi will pull a BMW and change the rear once this outrage is heard lol

(In case you didn't know they changed the tails for the 3-series after media ppl said it was poor styling after the new redesign came out, the 09s are the changed ones)

Heh I love it when people say "it looks like." I've heard it all "it looks like a BMW, Lexus, Acura." It looks like a B8 A4 to me.
