    A4 B5: 2.8 windshield compatible for the 1.8t ?

I think this is a dumb question but here goes....
I replaced my 1998 Audi A4 1.8t Quattro windshield once already. a month afterwards a rock flies into my window and starts this ungodly crack all over everywhere, thus I must replace it again. Instead of paying another $280 to have it taken care of, i'd rather do it myself, i've also heard about some airbag issue if not installed right?

My Question Is: Are the front windshield glass on the Audi A4's (B5 model) all the same? For example, will a B5 model A4 2.8 quattro windshield fit my B5 model A4 1.8t quattro?

    will take ANY suggestions ;)

    Thanks!

All B5 screens are the same, V6 or I4, Avant or Sedan.

    good luck doing it yourself.
my company does windshields and we've seen some diy's gone real real bad.
hope you seal it up good and set it perfectly.
