    I'm pretty sure that's Hong Kong. Hong Kong's license plates are white for the front, yellow for the rear. And they do start with 2 letters followed by 4 numbers. However, there are exceptions where only 1 or 2 numbers that follow the letters.

    are we to believe that is someone's private collection???

    looked like the parking garage in a very nice condominium to me...not one guy's fleet. i.e. why would 'he' have 3 F430s that were almost identical...and 2 599GTBs
