Ashtray Delete?

Is there an option for us C5 owners. I noticed our wood grain flows all the way to the ashtray.

i dont know but i plan on taking mine out to do a gauge setup down there. gonna get a custom piece made there over the winter most likely since i cant find anywhere else to mount my gauges

I feel your pain there. I need to mount three gauges (boost, wideband, dds3), and have no idea where to even start looking to put them.

yea man, i thought about the astray area, its perfect. if you know someone that car fiberglass good, id recommend getting that done, and then send it to like envied or something to get wrapped in CF. there is a lighter there for an accessory line too, would work well imo, but can only fit 2 gauges max

the facia cover of the tray is, but I wanted to remove it and make a little cubby hole there. AudiRS keep me updated on your progress. I'd even like to meet up with you to see how you plan to make it look. I'd be interested in something liek that too.

for sure, hopefully if there is a GTA meet or something soon, i can show you. i just found it hard to make it to those thursday meets during the summer
