APR K04 kit or ATP GTRS Kit w/ Eurocode/Revo Tuning

dude ur a CVT stay away from any turbo chargers unless ur pockets are 5k deep to keep changing out the tranny

Yeah dude.. I'm quite weary about what the CVT can handle. It's fine with everything I have now but I'd be scared to throw a gtrs kit on it. I've thought about it and thought about it but I don't know. I've heard that Eurocode severely limits power on the CVT GTRS kits to the point that you can be faster with all boltons with a k03. I don't know if that's true or not but I've never seen a dyno sheet as much as I'd really like to.

dude the pump does absolutely nothing with the belt, the belt will snap my friend,trust me i've been on here awhile and they aren't made t handle more that 240WHP

I believe there is a belt made by the same manufacturer that can handle 400whp.

It's actually not a belt.. it's a chain which makes it stronger than most CVTs although it's highly untested.

How much power does your car make? Have you dynoed it?
Why do you think your K03 would make more?

But the CVT GTRS kit I heard about made like 230whp/230ftlbs torque. I'd like to think my car is making around 230whp and a good amount more torque.

As I've mentioned I did a rolling pull to 60 in 5.1 seconds with a good amount of spinning

look, you have tons of people telling you don't do it. if you don't want to listen to us then don't ask the question......

sorry it's not the answer you want to hear but we are only trying to help you. if you put a larger turbo on that car the transmission is going to have an extremely high chance of failing and you will be there with a car that doesn't run and a huge ass bill to get it working again.

I think if you do the same mods I have you will be plenty happy and it will be even cheaper. Our CVT has some advantages (lighter, less drivetrain loss, FWD so less drivetrain loss again, not to mention that it pulls and keeps pulling without time lost between shifts)

On a FWD k03.. look at the VW guys. Friend of mine has a GLI with Revo Stage 2/Down pipe/Exhaust and made 220whp and 260wtq. I've got those mods, plus a FMIC and Meth. The Meth added a lot of power.

My previous car was a supercharged Tiburon that made 250whp/221wtq and my Audi is faster both 0-60 and 60-100

But still if I dyno at ~230whp I wouldn't spend a couple more thousand just for 35whp. Especially with the k03's torque
