how do you take trunk panels off?

I'm trying to get to the stock amp

Side panels are just held on with clips.

There are four screws (in the cargo tie-down points) you have a couple clips in the trunk.
You also have to remove the rear seat (one screw) to get it all the way out.

The pics show the passenger side and the amp should be on the driver's side but the removal is really similar.
