    Freon recharge interval

    For those who regularly change car may not experience of this, but for those who own the car over 3 year may provide relevant answer.

    How often do you recharge the A/C refrigerant (freon R134a)?
    Every 2-3 year? or It should never leaks.

    essentially it should never leak, but over time it will especially if u use the A/C a lot. i refilled mine 5yrs after ownership.

    seems not much ppl have freon running low problem.
    I refill mine after 3.5 ownership, A/C on over 300days/year

    In theory it should unless it gets damaged. Some systems will tend to "vent" a small amount out over time. If it's working properly, leave it alone.
