    Maintenance that I skipped

So my car is over 70k miles and didn't see stealership since 45k mark (according to service records). All I did for 2 and half years of my ownership was changing oil every 3-4k miles, replaced tires, new fuel pump, coilpack, front and rear brakes, flushed brake fluid and that's about it maintenance wise. I was thinking of giving my car to service for "tune-up" but what I should really focus on?

+1 about possibly doing the timing belt. Id also check the spark plugs and replace the fuel filter. Check the air filter also. I think that maintenance calls for replacing the fluid in the tranny every 30 or 40k miles in an auto.

Go to life quality audi of bay ridge, ask for Wesley Hamilton, and say that you were sent by Andrew Baez to get your car looked at. =]

I've been there so many times, and I've dealt with Wesley 99% of the time, nice guy, and he'll get your car back asap!

    Re: Maintenance that I skipped

I always went to Life Quality Audi and dealt with two nice parts guys and got 10% off. I always love to prove them wrong, because one of them doesn't believe in retrofitting, he was nicely surprised to see RNS-E working in my A4 along with Aero wipers.
And was my mistake, not fuel pump, but fuel filter, I drive 6MT so I guess no worry for tranny. I also swapped air filter for K&N and replaced cabin filter. And yes that should be it.

Andrew, call me when you have time to do VAG, I never knew when we both have off.
