    Question S4 Door Blade Conversion

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I am replacing my door blades soon but have a little dilemma. The easy thing I can do is buy stock blades.

    OR

I can buy S4 lower door blades. The problem with this is that I understand the S4 blades are installed differently. They also have some extra part.

So can someone explain to me what I need to do for the S4 ones? There is a DIY on here from a guy who installed S4 sideskirts but I just want the blades. Also, anyone know where I can buy everything?

Here's what I know so far:

    S4 Blades found here

    Clips found here

Well see the thing is that if you dont have S4 skirts, it wont look right. Because unlike the A4 molding, the S4 ones sit alot higher.

    Re: S4 Door Blade Conversion

right. They will be sitting right at the bottom of the door. I'm picturing sort of a shaved door lowers but with an extra bump running down the door. (If that makes any sense) I think it would look alright. Might look like I have runners going down the side but that could look good.

Nope. Stock B5 A4 door blades slide out. Stock B5 S4 door blades slide right in.
