    Hi Guys,

Looking for a how to on fuel filter replacement for an '05 S4. Also does anyone know the part number for this filter? An indy shop I called about doing this mentioned that there are 2 filters, one more expensive than the other...sounds fishy

    Thanks,

    -SharkyS4

Part number that is listed in my repair history (it was done before I bought the car) is 8E0201511J. Don't have a DIY but it should be pretty straight forward and filter should be located on passenger side somewhere behind the pinch weld.

and just in case someone needs part numbers for fuel pump:

    8E0201511J Fuelfilter
    8E0906087R Fuel pump
    8E0919133G Washer

    Thanks for the reply!

I was down at the dealer today, they had 2 filters available for 05 S4, the parts guy did mention that the "J" is the one I needed.

    Cheers

Yeah, I did mine recently, get the number off your current filter and have them look it up. Follow this DIY: http://www.audizine.com/forum/showthread.php?t=209938
