Sorry to barge into this great forum...
I've owned an Audi before, A6 2.7T w/ 6spd. But only for a few months. I've moved on with a S60r.
However my friend just purchased a 2004 Audi A4 Wagon with the 3.0 6 cyl.
Great car, as its a Quattro, and 6spd Manual.
There were codes pending before, but they were all cleared and everything was great for about 1500 miles.
Now as he was driving to Bakersfield the car shakes and loses power. He notes that the passenger side is glowing red (lean condition?)
We pull codes today, and holy ......
P1128 Bank 2 Lean
P1130 Bank 1 Lean
P0300 Misfire
P0301 Misfire 1
P0303 Misfire 3
P0306 Misfire 6
P0305 Misfire 5
P0304 Misfire 4
P0150 Bank 2 sensor 1
P0130 Bank 1 sensor 1
P0113 Intake Air Temperature High
P0302 Missfire 2
So bascially all the cylinders Misfired at one point. Looks like both Exhaust banks are showing lean. With a high air intake temp.
The car is at the shop now, just a local indy. We sort of laughed with this many codes. Seems like its just 1 or 2 sensors blowing this issue out of proportion.
Any help/advice?
or any other forums that would be wise to post this?
Thanks!
Larry
