    Owasco Audi dealer info?

Has anyone delt with these guys at all?

2 closest stealerships are Kingston Audi and Owasco. Kingston has been ruled out for flagrant incompetence.... I could never trust this dealership for anything ever again!!

Gonna try Owasco next but i have to say just getting an appointment with them is quite a task! 7 times i called the serviceing department... 7 times i get a voice mail. Takes hours to get a call back and if god forbid you miss the call and call back.... voice mail again.

They sell 100,000.00$ cars but can only afford 1 servicing rep?!?

Anyone have input on these guys?

Haven't delt with the Service Dept but FWIW the Parts dept is awsome. Neil (clconversion) who works the Parts desk at Owasco is a great guy.

Service dept. sucks there. They are useless.

Tried to get the intake camshaft problem replaced there. No dice. I gave them all the info and the research I did and they just laughed at me and said it can't be that. I had all the info from the TSB printed out. I had all the symptoms and they just said that can't be it. Wouldn't even look at it. I went there 3 or 4 times.

Took it to another dealership and they had no problem looking at it for me. Found out that it was in fact the problem and said I shouldn't even have been driving it for all that time.

    But that's just my experience.

I've had okay experience with them for warranty work, but just had a bit of a bad experience with their body shop. I'll wait to see how that plays out before getting into detail, though.

And yeah, Neil in parts is a really good guy for sure.

Neil (clconversion) at the parts dept is the only guy I deal with when it comes to buying oem parts. And I'm located in Montreal!

Haha, Neil is gonna read this and feel all warm and fuzzy inside. The rest of Owasco will feel like crap. :)
