Which antenna adapter for my A4?

I have a 2007 A4 with a Symphony II+ headunit and I just purchased an aftermarket headunit. The back of the Symphony II+ has a different antenna connector than the standard Symphony II (similar the beige piece on this adapter:http://static.flickr.com/1/131581114_04993ba439.jpg). Does anybody know which adapter I need?
