    whats the best way to get a pilot bearing out when doing a clutch?

    i rented a tool from autozone (smallest size they had) and it was too big. so i carefully used a wheel grinder to shave the edges of the tool down till it fit. it barely got a grab on it and i didnt have room to use the slide hammer so i had to jury rig some stuff and make it work... its hard to get it to go straight back in. just keep trying

    FYI repaint your rented tool flat black so they dont notice and just tell them it didnt fit

    i got it out and pretty easily, thanks alot for the help!!!now after i put the tranny back in with the new clutch im ready for revo yay
