    Mom just picked up B8 A4 avant

    Well, my mom just picked up a B8 avant and I thought you guys might appreciate some pics. I have yet to see very many pics of the new avant so I thought I'd share. She went for the technology package and the B&O sound system. I'm kind of dissapointed she didn't opt for the sport package or the drive select but at least I moved her from a Volvo to an Audi. Anyways, without further ado (spelling?), the pics:

    Yes, the color is meteor gray. In person, it has a little blue tint to it which makes it kind of a unique paint job.

    i wouldnt say fugly, but not as sharp as the b7, more rounded, less hard lines. as avants go i think the b6 was the best looking, especially the rear.

    The B6 was actually my least fave. To me it's B5 > B7 > B8 > B6. But hey, different strokes.

    I think the rear will grow on everyone. Nice looking car!

    I think they'll bring the manual trans over sometime. Just have patience.
