    ^^they don't have it.

U know a D1S kit is like $300 right? i've been shopping around forever, same ones that come in escalades and stuff so i think a local car swap meet would have them.

    Try here: http://stores.ebay.com/id=225471024&...STRK:MEFSX:SST

You need D1S lamps for your Bi-Xenons.

BTW, don't get the Philips 85122+, sellers say they are 5000K, but they are NOT 5000K burners. These lamps are very high output however, with ~3800 lumens IIRC.

Why would you recommend to anyone not to get those bulbs? Those are only the best HID bulbs on the market. Anything higher on the Kelvin scale is for ricers.

Because the Philips 85122+ is NOT 5000K, they are actually ~4300K, and have a yellow cast to the light output. I have the 85122+ burners, and I did not like the color. Besides, the sellers claim they are 5000K, but I have a data sheet from Philips saying they are 4300K IIRC, but for sure they are not 5000K spec by Philips.

i think he was joking. he is always dumbfounded by how many people would rather go for the "blue look" rather than light output. lol. i agree w/ him.

Just FYI 4300 is the factory standard. It produces the best light throw and light cohesion without dispersion.

5000K actually looks like it has a hint of yellow. Don't ask me why, but 4300 looks pure white with even a tiny tiny little pink in it. But 5000K looks like it's YELLOW.

You could have made it clear that your problem with these bulbs is purely subjective. Sellers can claim whatever they want, it's a Philips bulb and the specs are readily available. All OE bulbs are ~4300K, anything else Philips or Osram sells is not for OE applications, and it's either for off-road use only, or meant to be used as a replacement for a single bad bulb that color matches an existing 4300K bulb that has already color shifted beyond 5000K.

Btw, whoever gave me negative rep saying "OEM is higher", you're a clueless tool, get your facts straight next time
