Was having a great day until i was walking to my car and saw alot of plastyic pieces in the front of it. I was wondering where it came from until i walked to the front of it. First of all i always park whee its hard to get damaged.

Well not this time!

Some stupid bitch with her temporary permit was practicing how to drive with her stupid bastard of a father in the middle of the day. Sheended up hitting my car and another one.I don't even know how she did this, i didn't see it, there was just a not on my windshield. I'm so pissed cause i always keep care of my shit but theres some dumbasses in this world that are fuck ups!!!!

Result

$3900 of damage cause of some bitch who was learning how to drive. Word of advise practice when theres no cars in the lot, fuck!

did the note have contact info? if so sick your insurance company on them! it's going to be a little tricky as she was learning to drive = no license, no insurance. Pops will likely want to settle without insurance involved.

heres the situation, in Quebec we have no fault insurance...its pretty fucken dumb if you ask me! so basically her insurance covers her shit and mine covers mine. even if she has no insurance it doesn't make my situation better

In all seriousness though, call the police find out what happened and then call your insurance. They should go after the daughter/father without any complaint as your insurance doesn't want you to make claim to them to pay for it.

Since its a lease; I'd fix it so its 'safe' to drive and wait until just before you turn it in to have it fixed well enough to pass the inspection. Then you can pocket the rest ;) You would be surprised what is considered normal wear and tear!

Man, that definitely does suck and I'm sorry that your car got smashed up. I'm sure she probably freaked out or something and hit the gas instead of the brake. Exactly the reason why you need to teach kids how to drive in a parking lot that is completely empty.

In sue happy USA, the police department would be responsible if the person who caused the accident was "tracked down" and beat up or killed.

Believe me, I've had my credit card number stolen and had a bunch of stuff charged to it, including getting a pizza delivered to their house. Obviously I thought, if I ever find this person I will smash their face in. However, I went to Domino's and they pulled up the records and were able to track down who ordered the pizza and where it was delivered. For reasons stated above, they didn't give me the guy's information but it was turned over to the police. Unfortunately, I don't think the police ever did anything about it because I never heard back from them. I guess they were too busy writing underage drinking tickets to college kids. Anyways, I guess it worked out in the end for me at least. I had the charge removed and got another credit card. Although I don't think justice was ever served...

Just this morning I had some piece of shit Accord riding literally 2 inches from my back bumper, with clear lanes to pass me on both my right and left. Boy! you where very unlucky. You did all you can do to protect your car. You found a nice place where now one could park on you driver side. So you avoid one side being damaged, the lines show that no one should be parked in front, you are parked way far from the store door and still Bam!
I would be curius to know if you will have to pay the detuctuble and of how mutch your insurance will go up for the next 6 years. Sorry for insurance folks but, for me thay are dailght robbers with the law on there side.

Sorry to hear about your car, that really sucks. Poor judgement on the fathers part to let her practice in a lot full of cars. Hope it all works out for you... I know how much it can suck to feel like you are the one getting stuck dealing with someone elses error... but sometimes thats life. Hopefully it all turns out ok in the end.
