    jsut picked up some oem b5s4 wheels, i know the tires on them are supposed to be 225/45/17, but can i use my 235/45/17 tires on those wheels. thanks

    235's will work, if your using them for the winter stay with 225.

    it's argued that the skinnier the tire, the better for traction in the snow.

    im sure the difference is negligable, but

    i know my 225 hakka's worked AMAZING in the snow last year.
