Anyone use 1Z and/or Optimum spray wax?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
Looking for some feedback on potential purchase of one of these - I'm looking for something that might add a little bit of quick protection during the upcoming winter months (assuming I get a chance to do a "quickie wash") without going thru the major waxing think (when it's freezing outside).

Any comments would be greatly appreciated. TIA.

Lack finish is a spray wax, apply it when the vehicle is wet before you dry it off. 1 spray per panel is more than enough. buff of to a nice luster.

    I use it regularly.

For added protection wash the car with Perls (contains a polymer sealant) and is meant to work in conjunction with lackfinish as they share a similar formula.

So I take it you're pleased w/ the 1Z spray wax? Thx for comments on washing - I currently use both the 1Z Perls and the 1Z Glanz washes - love 'em both, but prob more partial to the glanz wash as it gets sudsier and holds suds longer than the perls.

Any experience or knowledge of the Optimum spray wax?

Glanz is a different type of wash, more on the alkaline side, that is why it suds more. Pearls is a low sudsing high lubrication formula, it also imparts a level of protection.

Didn't know that (thought the glanz wash offered protection as well). So you'd say the 1Z perls is the preferred wash?
