how much does it usually cost to get coilovers adjusted?

i'm trying to adjust the fronts of my stasis B7 street sport coilovers so that it sits another 0.25" lower... i'm just wondering what's a fair asking price from a shop to do this job (fronts only)?

if it's marginal, i'll just have them do it. if it's too pricey, just find time/resources to do it myself or with a buddy.. it's just a big hassle.

If you know what you are doing and have the tools, do it yourself because it would only take a half hour or so, but you need an air compressor and a spring tightener. As for shop costs, it really depends but they would probably charge you a hour of work so 60-90 bucks.

Its really easy, I change ride height every once in a while. All you need is a jack and spanners.

I think I paid a little over $100 for front and rears with my Stasis CO's on my S4. I had a shop do it because of what was said about the rears being a pain.

I had them raised about and inch and the guys at the shop said that was as high as they could go (25.5", still pretty low.) Does that sound reasonable? I thought you could at least get them back to stock height.

if you have the street sports, they can DEF. go higher than 25.5"

thanks for the input guys.. i'm at school right now so i don't really have a place to do it, nor ANY tools (only stock widow-maker jackstands and like a screwdriver). hard to find time, too so if it's like $50 to get the fronts adjusted, no biggie

x2: they can go to at least 26" if not higher. Yeah sounds like you should just get it done at a shop. How is the studying going? lol

does stasis not give you the two wrenches to adjust them? Lowering will be alot easier than raising but raising is still easy. I wouldn't use the widow maker unless you have to.
    The usual things!!
