    Need serial for ross-tech vag-com

    Does anyone have a serial i can use so i can use the vag-com to its full ability? Its saying i have the shareware version. If not, Is it worth buying from ross-tech and how much?

    To activate your Rosstech software to the full version is $99 IIRC. You have a old version of the cable, the newer cables have doggle which doesn't need an activation code.

    if you need a serial port for your laptop use a PCMCIA?? card off ebay about $20 bucks shipped.
    Vag com share ware doesnt work with vista 64bit.
