We got duped into getting a warranty from a company called Certified Dealer Services (a third party company that sells warranties for other companies). they sent out an official looking (DMV official looking) letter telling me to contact them asap as it is a time sensitive matter. The sad part is, it was my wife who got the letter and talked to them. She thought it was sent by either by the dealership or DMV so she unwillingly "bought" a warranty through the phone. As soon as I got it all sorted out, i contacted CDS, and told them that I did not want it. They asked why and I said I do not want them and would want Audi's warranty instead. they gave me a hard time. Kept passing my telephone calls to other people who wouldnt answer, they tried to give me the run-around, etc. Finally, i got ahold of someone, told them i was prepared and willing to use legal means, a couple of weeks after, i got a letter that informed me that my warranty has been stopped (returned to the store). Im still waiting on the $$$ refund from them.
