Buying wheels, just some questions

Hey guys... first time in this area of AZ, hoping some of you can help me out.
I have a 2001 S4, stock rims on it now with 10mm spacers all around.
I'm going to be buying some 18x8 Flik Hornets ( got a good deal, real good) with tires. Did a ltitle research and saw that the S4's stockers have an offset of 35, and so do the Hornets.
Is this true?
Will I still be able to run the 10mm spacers? or would i be better off with some smaller spacers?
I'll probably need conical seated lugnuts right?

Pop the center-cap off of your stock S4 wheels and read the number beside the letters "ET"... I'm pretty sure you'll find that it will say 45. I'm running the same set-up with spacers to give that 35mm off-set look. Your new Fliks won't need the spacers (in fact if you use them, you'll probably rub the fenders), so you'll need to use the stock length lug bolts.
