    Does the stock fuel system for the 2.7 use a static fpr, or a rising-rate?

    this is what i understand according to the manual
    "The fuel pressure regulator regulates the fuel pressure according to intake manifold pressure. This ensures that the drop in pressure at the injectors remains the same throughout all engine speed and engine load ranges." don't know if that helps??
