Cool Vid, I love Maximas I had a 2K SE that was an awesome daily driver and ran a 14.7...Which isn't amazing but there are lots of guys out there that have gotten them into the 12s, 11s, 10s...I just didn't want to pour that kind of cash into FWD.

This my second Maxima. The 1st one was supercharged and had lots of mods. I realized then FWD was a waste of time.

I just went on youtube and searched for gtrs A4 and picked the 1st video with a speedo shot.....

It is what it is man. Thats why I tell people just do it right the first time, because you will always want more power.... setups get hyped, but in reality it gets 'meh' pretty quick.

One of the few video I have seen on the internet with a race like this one and I was like DAMNNNN was a M6 vs a 800 WHP+ 911 porsche.... but thats 800 whp!

Why do you say that? That video is ~19.5 - 20 psi......... My wastegate is absolutely FUCKED UP in that video. I spent a good bit of yesterday pulling of my 44mm, disassembling it and fixing the issues that made it almost come a part. The valve was basically open the whole time in those pulls (way before even hitting full boost, cracked open the whole time). I also have another major issue, but thats being rectified pretty soon.

So to recap.

You have a super sweet, ported AEB head
really strong mid range cams
standalone with 1000cc injectors
25 psi --- I think you will be doing JUST FINE!

But hold up, you have a 2.8 trans??? I hope not, because then you will definitely get RAPED!

Thats a 3071 man, its basically a glorified 2871... Even when you hit full boost with the 35r.. it kind a takes a second before it really KICKS you back.

My buddy has a 2871 AEB, B5 and that ish falls on its face when he goes from 1st to 2nd with his 2.8 trans.

Well obviously with the 2.8 and 3071 it spooled right back up, but if it doesnt with the 35R I do have no lift shift available with the standalone...
