^^ uhhh... that is a test pipe. Wont be passing emissions with that slopoke.

Does Boston require the sniffer? You can always get the cel off if thats all it takes, but if they sniff it your screwed

My mechanic told me for the B5 A4 Milltek is the best of the best for the common consumer. I just always thought that thier products are rather pricey. I have thier exhaust system, but there was no way I was going to pay $1200 for it. Got it used for $500 shipped. I waited maybe 6-7 months till I finally found a deal on it as I was rather determined to get a Milltek.

But to the OP, Labree makes a really nice HFC. And the 034 HFC is full 3", so no direct bolt up to the stock turbo. There are always others such as GHL. But I would see what the guy is willing to offer for the Milltek.

i live in mass, and they use obd port, no sniffer for me. and i doubt its different in boston. but there are obviously more reasons to buying a hfc, depends what the op wants.
