Time to replace my tires?

I am thinking to switch to bridgestone Gr019 grid, what do you think about these tires, and am I ready for new tires??

judging by the cracking and that your on the wear bars, i wold say replace your tires asap.

never been impressed with any bridgestones I've ever experienced.
