2001 TT Horsepower Guesstimate?

First off: I know a Dyno run would tell me but I'm just trying to get a ballpark number.

What would you think a 225 TT with these mods be pushing?

2001 225 TT Quattro (K03s turbo):
REVO Stage 2 File
Modshack TTDA/MOFO
Forge Splitter
42 Draft Designs High Flow Cat & 3" Downpipe
Milltek Exhaust

somewhere in the 4-5000 range probably.

You could probably push out a little over 5000 if you taped bottle rockets to your wheels. 80% on the front wheels 20% in back.

1st off,

you have a k04....unless you bought a 180 and didn't know it

probably between 200-220 at the wheels, but then again I have never had my car dyno'ed so i dont know either.

unless someone else with almost the same exact mods dyno'd their car, nobody's guesstimate will be accurate, or be of any significant value.

i can guess 275 at the wheels, but more likely than not, i'm wrong.

people who know about the 1.8t motor can make a pretty accurate estimate and 275 is WAY off, you have 190-220whp thats pretty much the range for a car with those mods

what kinda boost are you running? around 22 lbs? prob 220awhp

i just grabbed that number out of the air, and as i stated, i was likely to be wrong.

my point was that guessing or estimating a hp number is useless. even your range gives 30 hp difference, which in my mind, is a fairly significant power difference.

Between 200-220awhp I'd guess. But guessing isn't worth much. Put it on a dyno.

Oh but there seems to be confusion in your turbo..

If you have 225hp TT, you have a k04. That guess is with a k04.

If you have a k03, you'll be more like 170-190 at the wheels.
